The Professional Services team is a specialty group within the Commercial Banking division that provides a full suite of loan and deposit products to Professional Services firms of all sizes.
Our Professional Services Group has an expertise in banking professional firms including law, accounting, engineering, and architectural firms, and their partners and clients. We offer professional firms, peace of mind and the expertise of one team, dedicated to providing solid guidance, advice, and holistic solutions.
Loan Size:
- $3 million to $25 million
- In market footprint: primarily firms located within the tri-state area or with primary offices in New Jersey; New York and surrounding areas
- Firms with annual revenues of $3 million or higher with special exceptions
Products:
For the Firm:- Lines of Credit for working capital
- Term loans to finance capital expenditures including leasehold improvements and practice acquisitions and buyouts
- Owner-occupied commercial mortgages
- Stand-by letters of credit used typically as rent security
- Personal lines of credit
- Customized escrow deposit products for both IOLTA/IOLA and client interest bearing finds
- A full suite of customized Treasury Management solutions including online wire/viewing capabilities and fraud protection services
- Personalized loan, deposit, and investment services including access to our Wealth Management Financial Planners
- Dedicated Professional Services point of contact
- The same individual who handles the needs of the firm(s) also handles those of its partner
- Partner capital loans to allow new equity partners to buy into their firms or enable existing Partners to increase their contributed capital
