Senior Managing Director

June Ryan is a Senior Managing Director, Trust Officer at Peapack Private. Working out of the Bank’s office in Teaneck, New Jersey, June is responsible for delivering high-level advice and service to clients while managing trust, estate and agency relationships and attracting new client relationships to the Bank.

Ms. Ryan is an accomplished financial services professional with extensive experience in trust administration and client service. She brings to the Bank 32 years of banking experience previously serving as Senior Vice President, U.S. Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management in New York where she administered multigenerational family relationships in excess of $25 million in their Family Office group. Prior to that, she served as Vice President, JPMorgan Chase & Co. where she administered approximately 300 large trust accounts in the Wealthy Family Group.

Ms. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in General Business with a concentration in Accounting and Taxation and an MBA in Financial Management from Pace University. A resident of Bayonne, NJ, she is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional who previously served as Staff Sergeant in the United States Air Force as a helicopter mechanic on both Bell and Sikorsky helicopters.

Senior Managing Director, Chief Fiduciary Officer

MJ Sully, Esq. is a Senior Managing Director and Chief Fiduciary Officer at Peapack Private. She leads the Trust and Estate Administration group in New Jersey as well as PGB Trust & Investments of Delaware. She oversees a group of professionals and supports personnel who provide trust and estate administration, agency administration, IRA account administration, foundation administration, and custody administration.

MJ began her legal career in private practice and then served for more than twelve years as a government attorney. She was Assistant Municipal Attorney to the Township of West Orange and then Special Probate Counsel to the Essex County Surrogate’s Court and the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, Probate Part. Ms. Sully joined the wealth management division of Peapack-Gladstone Bank in 2007.

MJ has lectured for the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on various topics such as Probate Litigation, Surrogate Practice, Fiduciary Duties, Elective Share, Conservatorships, Guardianships, and was the Key-Note Speaker at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s 56th Semi-Annual Tax & Estate Planning Forum. She has appeared on the Discovery Channel as a Legal Expert for the television series, “The Will.”

Ms. Sully serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the County College of Morris Foundation. She was also selected to serve as a Mediator for the Essex County Probate Early Settlement Panel.

MJ is admitted to practice in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and is a member of the New Jersey Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association. She received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from The University of Notre Dame. She also earned an MSA from The University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business, and a JD from The University of Notre Dame School of Law. As an undergraduate, she was a member of the Women’s National Championship Fencing Team and recognized as a Scholar Athlete.

Managing Director

Jill Petroro is a Managing Director, Trust Officer at Peapack Private. Headquartered in the Bank’s Morristown location. Jill provides the Bank’s white glove experience and is responsible for trust and estate management which encompasses the preservation and transference of wealth in addition to nonprofit administrative responsibilities. Prior to joining the Bank, she served as Executive Director at Family First Homecare, LLC in Morris Plains, New Jersey; Trust Officer/Managing Director at Beacon Trust Company in Morristown, New Jersey; and Senior Associate at the former Pitney Hardin, LLP in Florham Park, New Jersey.

Ms. Petroro holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University and Juris Doctor Degree from the Georgetown University Law Center. A resident of Randolph, New Jersey, she holds admissions to the State Bar of New Jersey.

Managing Director, Trust Officer

Daniel J. Prasnal is a Managing Director, Trust Officer at Peapack Private. Dan provides the Bank’s white glove experience in servicing the Bank’s high net-worth Wealth Management clients and supporting the business.

Mr. Prasnal has held financial services positions at the Bank since 2004, previously serving for seven years in Retail Banking and as Assistant Branch Manager at our Gladstone, New Jersey location.

Dana Cahill

Client Tax Associate

Dana Cahill is a Client Service Officer at Peapack Private. She is responsible for setting up all new clients in various platforms, working closely with Certified Public Accountants to collect client data, and entering tax invoices and payments. Dana has 10 years of financial services experience.

Prior to joining Peapack Private, she worked for Lassus Wherley which was acquired by the Bank.

Dana holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Rochester and an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from the Culinary Institute of America. She is currently a spinning instructor at the YMCA in Summit and Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. Dana is also a Trustee of the New Providence Community Pool and is the head of the swim/dive team committee.

Robert Szczepanik

Assistant Trust Officer

Robert Szczepanik is an Assistant Trust Officer with the Bank's Trust & Investments of Delaware. He is responsible for the administration of personal trusts, estate, and agency accounts while maintaining close relationships with Portfolio Managers, Wealth Advisors, other financial professionals, and clients. Robert is the liaison for the Trust and Fiduciary Team with outside portfolio managers, attorneys, and various other departments within the Bank.

Before becoming an Assistant Trust Officer, Robert served as a Client Service Officer with Peapack Private Wealth Management in Bedminster, New Jersey. Prior to working for the Bank, he was an Assistant Branch Manager at Enterprise Holdings Inc. in Edison, New Jersey.

Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Rhetorical/Interpersonal Communication from Rowan University.

Timothy Young

Managing Director

Timothy J. Young is a Managing Director, Trust Officer at Peapack Private. Working out of the division’s Bedminster, NJ Headquarters, Timothy is a part of the Trust/Fiduciary/Tax team servicing trust, estate, and agency relationships, working with wealth advisors in developing new business, and providing his valuable experience to expanding the wealth division’s Delaware trust business. He brings to the Bank extensive experience in trust and estate administration working with high-net-worth families and their professional advisors.

Previously, Mr. Young held the position of Vice President, Senior Trust Officer, at Arden Trust Company where spent the last 20 years administering personal trust accounts. Prior to that he held positions as Trust Officer, Wealth Management Division, MetLife Bank, N.A.; Trust Officer, Wealth Management Division/Preferred Access Group at Merrill Lynch Trust Company, FSB; Princeton Administrator-Fund Accountant, Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner and Smith; and as Senior Trust Administrator at Princeton Bank & Trust, a subsidiary of Chemical Bank.

Timothy is a graduate of Kean College with a BS in Finance and holds certificates in Cannon Trust Administration I & II and course completion through the College for Financial Planning.

Managing Director

Laurie Wolfe is a Managing Director, Wealth-Tax Advisor Team Leader at Peapack Private. Ms. Wolfe is a highly skilled financial services professional, whose responsibilities include tax preparation, planning and compliance for individuals and their businesses. She advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals and private business owners. Laurie is also involved in the development of financial plans and works alongside other planners, advising them in matters relating to taxation and their impact on their clients’ Investment and Financial Plans.

Prior to joining Peapack Private, Laurie was a Senior Tax Advisor at Lassus Wherley & Associates from 1995 to 2020 most recently as team leader for the tax department. She also earned the Certified Financial Planning designation. Ms. Wolfe’s experience includes Federal Tax Manager for Hanson Industries from 1990 to 1994 managing tax planning and research related to mergers, acquisitions, stock and asset sales of subsidiaries and public offerings. In addition, Laurie also prepared of tax returns for various entity types and conducted extensive research of tax law as a Senior Tax Accountant with Arthur Andersen and Co.

Laurie holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Fairfield University. She is a Certified Public Accountant and a Certified Financial Planner™. Ms. Wolfe is currently a member of American Institute of Certified Public Accounts, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Financial Planning Association. Laurie is a Multiyear Five-Star Investment Professional. She has been quoted many times on NJ.Com and in Star Ledger business articles. She serves on the board of Community in Crisis, a 501(c)(3) organization, which aims to lead and unite communities to reduce the incidence and consequences of the misuse of substances through education, prevention, and support.

ann marie Perry

Managing Director

Ann Marie Perry is a Managing Director, Client Tax Advisor at Peapack Private. Her responsibilities include tax preparation, planning and compliance for individuals and trusts. Additionally, she works with the investment management and financial planning teams in tax planning. Ann Marie advises a broad range of clients, including high-net-worth individuals.

Ms. Perry brings to the Bank 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. Previously, she served as Senior Tax Manager/CPA for Graziano & Company CPA’s LLC; Supervisor at Rothstein Kass & Co., P.C.; Assistant Vice President at U.S. Trust Company of New York; and Senior Tax Accountant at Deloitte & Touche LLP. Her extensive expertise in tax planning, filings, compliance with Federal and State tax authorities is invaluable to both clients and the Bank.

Ms. Perry holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a Major in Accounting and Minor in Economics with Honors from St. Peter’s College. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Notary Public, Union County.

Assistant Trust Officer

Michael J. Wood, Jr. is an Assistant Trust Officer at Peapack Private. Working out of the Bank’s Headquarters in Bedminster, NJ, Michael serves as a primary liaison with trust administration, providing trust administrative support as well as exceptional client service.

Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Wood held the position of Cash Management Support Specialist Supervisor at Investors Bank/Citizens Bank. There he worked closely with branch and business partners and supervised the operation of a commercial services help desk call line while providing training, technical support, guidance and customer centric treasury management solutions to existing clients. Prior to that, he held the positions of Personal & Business Banker, Bank of America; Business Banker, PNC Bank; Business Banking Officer, Citibank, N.A.; Business Banker, HSBC Bank USA, N.A.; and Business Specialist, Bank of America. Additional experience includes Administrative Manager/Legal Support Activity with Pinci & Associates, PLLC Law Offices in Rome, Italy; and Commercial Support Officer and Municipal Bond Operations Supervisor-Investment Department, First Union National Bank (Wells Fargo), Newark, NJ.

Michael holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management and Industrial Relations from Seton Hall University. He is fluent in Italian and served as Instructor of English Language at the University of Laverne in Gaeta, Italy.

Senior Client Tax Associate Officer

Chen Lu is a Senior Client Tax Associate Officer at Peapack Private. She is responsible for tax preparation and filing, working with the Portfolio Center, and performing cost basis calculations. Chen has over 28 years of financial services experience.

Chen worked for 25 years at Lassus Wherley, prior to being acquired by the Bank.

Chen holds a PhD in Physics from the University of New Hampshire and an Associate’s in Business Science degree in Accounting from McIntosh College. She is an Enrolled Agent and fluent in Chinese.

Assistant Trust Officer

Monique Smith is an Assistant Trust Officer at Peapack Private. She serves as the primary liaison with Trust Administration and provides them with support. She also offers clients exceptional customer service. Monique has over 10 years of financial services experience.

Before joining the Bank, Monique served as a Private Client Banker and a Personal/Relationship Banker at JPMorgan Chase in New York City. Prior to that, she held teller positions with JPMorgan Chase.

Monique attended John Jay College of Criminal Justice and Hostos Community College with a focus on Nursing. She also holds FINRA Series 6, 63 and Life Insurance licenses.
